Providing Treatment for Pain During COVID 19 Restrictions

Don’t let the virus disturb your physical health

Our Physiotherapists are now offering Online Consultations

Achieved by:
  • A thorough assessment and accurate diagnosis. The assessment begins with a series of questions pertaining to your injury/condition.
  • You will be guided through a series of movements and tests that will help with establishing a diagnosis.
  • A tailored treatment will be discussed and agreed upon together with your physiotherapist.
  • Good communication. Throughout the process, we can answer any questions or concerns you may have and explain our findings.
  • We will teach better movement and awareness for long term benefits.
  • Providing a targeted and evidence-based exercise programme that you can realistically carry out on your own.
  • Keeping in touch with your progress via phone, email or further video consultations.

We listen. We treat. You move!

We're frontline practitioners, meaning no referral is required for consultation and treatment.

Tips to prepare for your online consultation

1. The Set-Up: Ensure that you have a strong internet connection and that your laptop or mobile device is hands-free with the microphone and video turned on.

2. The surroundings: Give yourself enough room to step away from the camera to perform movements and for your physiotherapist to view your body from head to toe.

3. Wear Sports Attire: This will make the assessment easier for the physiotherapist to focus on the specific injured body region (e.g. wear shorts for a knee injury, wear sleeveless top for a shoulder injury).
