The room is fully equipped and seats up to 25 people, handy to the central city and a short walk from most of Hamilton's motels.

Seminar room with 25 comfortable back designed chairs
Projector and screen with VGA computer link & USB capability
Whiteboard
Kitchen facilities with microwave, fridge, endless hot water, plates, cutlery, mugs, glasses, serviettes and teatowels
Tea / coffee / sugar and milk are supplied as standard
Toilet facilities including fresh daily hand-towels
Outdoor garden setting with seating for 10 – 15 people plus separate outdoor tables and sun umbrella
